I got a decant from Scentedelic. Having tried Tom Ford Ombre Leather before, this feels like a slightly richer, darker, and more appealing interpretation. It tones down the soggy woody note but still offers good longevity and projection. I applied it on my skin in the evening and can smell it early morning. The scent comes across as quite premium, and I’ve had people ask what I’m wearing. I’m planning to pick up a 50 ml bottle.

The composition is well-blended, with a slightly darker and more intense character that gives Ragnar its own identity while staying true to the DNA of Ombre Leather.

Where Ragnar truly stands out is in its performance. The projection and silage are strong and attention-grabbing without being abrasive, and the longevity is excellent—often matching or even surpassing the original. At times, Ragnar feels fuller and more impactful than the OG, making it far more than just an inspired alternative. For lovers of leather fragrances, this is a standout release and a strong example of Scentedelic’s craftsmanship.
