Return Policy
Products are eligible for returns only if there is any damage in transit or any wrong product is delivered.
To begin a return, please use this link. When your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to deliver your shipment as well as a return postage label. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us promptly if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so that we can analyse the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be sent automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
