PRACTICAL APPLICATION TIPS

Two sprays at the pulse points, one into the shirt collar. Fabric holds the grapefruit and sea air far longer than skin does, which is what you want in summer, where the opening lifts fast off warm skin.

Do not rub your wrists together. It crushes the aldehydes at the top and pulls the sandalwood base forward before its turn.

Keep the bottle out of the bathroom. Steam and daily temperature swings break down citrus faster than anything else in this composition.

Eight hours and upward in air conditioning. The base of Sandalwood, Amber, Ambergris, Musk and Vanilla is what you will still catch late in the day. Your own skin and the weather move that number more than most people expect.

The fresh and citrus blends stay closer to the skin than the gourmands and the ouds, so this one sits at the lower end of that range and takes a second spray well in the afternoon.
